At RhinoRescue, we stand by the durability of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
